JPX925 Hot Metal Pro
Redefining Speed with a Compact Shape
Introducing the JPX925 Hot Metal Pro, the epitome of streamlined golf engineering. Its slimmer profile features a more compact head and thinner top line, styled as the refined sibling of the Hot Metal, yet maintaining the same standard lofts within a condensed blade length for precise game improvement.
"At Mizuno, having reached the pinnacle of COR (Coefficient of Restitution) conformity as recommended by the USGA and R&A, our pursuit with the JPX925 has shifted towards augmenting forgiveness. We've expanded the face's surface, hence elevating the COR area, assisting in achieving the highest ball speeds," notes Mizuno’s design team.
Contour Ellipse
Experience a remarkable 30% advancement in face design over the JPX923 with our reimagined multi-thickness face, as slender as 1.2mm (comparable to 12 sheets of paper). The innovative elliptical shape extends from high toe to low heel, optimally addressing common mishit trajectories, and ensuring speed retention even when shots aren’t perfect.
Seamless Cup Face
The unique one-piece Cup Face construction introduces thinned areas across a full 360 degrees, strategically enhancing the COR area, which results in uniformly high ball speeds across the face.
Multi-Material Construction
In irons ranging from 4-7, strategically placed low Nickel Tungsten weights not only promote a higher launch but position the sweet spot lower, favouring shots taken off the turf. This design aids in achieving steeper landing angles, crucial for holding greens confidently.
Variable Sole Thickness
The designed sole thickness variability encourages the face to flex more efficiently, amplifying the COR area without compromising face flexibility, even with added Nickel Tungsten weighting.
Balance Stability Frame
Our Balance Stability Frame inculcates controlled weighting that heightens forgiveness and fine-tunes both vibration and sound for an optimal feeling during the shot.
Harmonic Impact Technology
Meticulously engineered head geometry enhances acoustics and feel. Acoustic Sound Ribs stiffen the top line, while a distinct Sound Bar on the back dissipates undesirable frequencies, refining the auditory feedback upon impact.
