REFUND POLICY

Custom Clubs & Shafts :

Due to the nature of custom-built golf clubs, we do not accept returns for custom golf clubs, and/or shaft related orders. We will offer returns and exchanges on orders that are delivered and determined to be not matching from what was originally ordered.

Pre-Built Clubs & Non-related club orders - Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items, and returned items must be in like-new condition.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

We are a Built-to-Order business. Please read the following below as you will be accepting these terms after final payment is received.

  1. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to order cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order.

  2. There will be no cancellation requests accepted after 24 hours of placing your order.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Most refunds are fully refunded in 2 - 5 days after we receive and process your return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements.
